Our take
I bought these 1 lb dumbbells for light toning exercises. They're tiny but well-made, with a no-roll hex head that keeps them in place. The neoprene handle is comfortable and non-slip, even for small hands. At just 1 lb each, they're great for high-rep arm work or for beginners. My only gripe: they're quite expensive for such light weights. Also, the handle diameter is very small, so if you have larger hands, they might feel awkward. Overall, a good option for very light training.
